Our first friendly tournament

Last Wednesday, September 6, our friendly pickleball tournament took place under the Agora in Châteauguay. At the end of the morning, Bernard Caron and John Clayton were crowned champions along with Robert Bouchard and Gord Clayton who came in second place. The final was exciting and the level was very high for a first experience! Congratulations to the winners!

Thirty-two participants were registered and several volunteers (including the referees) saw to the organization of the event led by Pierre Coulombe while Johanne Guilbeault and Johanne Lemieux ensured the smooth running of a meal of corn and hot dogs. which followed. Everything took place in joy and conviviality to the great pleasure of all members.
