As of October 1, 2025, you will no longer be able to pay your annual
membership fee at the cultural center counter. It will be paid via our
operational website https://www.keegan.ca/pickleball/login.php. It is
very important that all members are registered to ensure a smooth
transition. Attached is the reference document on how to register. In
addition, once registered, you can retrieve your membership card as
indicated in the document. Instructions for paying your membership fee
via the transactional website will be sent to you no later than
September 30, 2025.

Some of you are already registered, so you can ignore this email.
However, you can retrieve your membership card now.

It is doubly important to register because we will continue to manage
replacements for our Sportplex slots starting in September 2025 via our
operational website. Please feel free to contact me if you have any
comments or questions regarding your registration on our site. However,
we may invite you to a training session if necessary.

We apologize because we do not yet have the English version of the
attached document.
