Hi everyone,

1. The time has come to register for the 2025 fall season at Sportplex. We invite you to read this message up to the end as it contains important information. The season starts on September 8th and ends on December 20th, 2025 (15 weeks).

2. As the Association has grown considerably, here is the procedure that will apply for your inscription:
a) You must send an email to Ronald Smith at the following address (roncars59@hotmail.com).
b) You must indicate your preference of time slots – show as many as you wish; however, you will only be registered for one time slot in the initial allocation. If this timeslot is already full, we will consider your second choice and so on.

Example: You are the 25th to register and your choices are ( 1- Tuesday 2-Wednesday 3- Thursday) but Tuesday slot is full. You will be registered on Wednesday slot. Once all registrations are finalized, if a time slot is not full, we will add the name of the member who put this range time in his choices – according to the time the email was received. So, ensure you let us know if you are interested in more than one time slot.

c) When all time slots are full, your outstanding choices will go as substitute player in other selected time slots.
d) On the other hand, if you only want to be a substitute player, no problem, the process is the same, and your name will be on all of your choices.
e) The cost for substitute players will be $5 for weekdays in the afternoon and $6 for Monday P.M (advanced), evenings and Saturdays.
f) Please note that on Monday the level is advanced and on Tuesday from 19:30 to 21:30, the level is intermediate. It is important to ensure that you have properly self-assessed your ability as there will be no refund.

3) As there are often instances of unexpected absences, there are fewer players than expected. This situation prevents those on the substitute players list, who have paid to be members of the Association, to be called because the absence of regular player(s) has not been notified. A new regulation will be put forward: If you are absent more than 3 times without informing the person in charge of your group at least 4 hours in advance, you will be removed as a regular player and you will be transferred as substitute player. Please note that there will be no refund if this happens.

4. Registration will be Saturday, July 19th, 2025, starting at noon by email only to Ronald Smith roncars59@hotmail.com with your name and preferences of your choices . Any registration received before that date and time or not sent to Ronald Smith will not be retained. Later, you will receive a list with the names and manner of payment.

Monday 09h15-11h15 (Sept 8 to Dec 15 – friendly – $58
Monday 2:30-4:30 (Sept 8-Dec 15) – Advanced – $67 (20 Players)
Tuesday 5:30pm-7:30pm (Sept 9 to Dec 16) – friendly – $73
Tuesday 7:30-9:30 pm (Sept 9 to Dec 16) – Intermediate – $84 ( 20 players)
Wednesday 2:30pm-4:30pm (Sept 10 to Dec 17) – friendly – $58
Thursday 7:30pm-9:30pm (Sept 11 to Dec 18) – friendly – $73
Friday 2:30pm-4:30pm (Sept 12-Dec 19) – friendly – $58 (8 courts)
Saturday 10:30-12:30 (Sept 13 to Dec 20) – friendly – $73
